I’m a UX researcher with several years of experience studying how people interact with digital products.
I have led research both remotely and in person in multiple countries, using a range of methods to inform product strategy and design decisions: interviews, usability testing, concept testing, diary studies, surveys, and more.
As a Staff UX Researcher at EA, I currently lead generative and evaluative research on e-commerce platforms. Before, as an intern at Google, I uncovered opportunities to support long-term user journeys on mobile devices.
My research explored how everyday technology users manage their digital data across personal devices and cloud platforms, looking at how they decide what to keep or discard. For some of my work, I received a Best Paper Award and two Best Paper Honorable Mentions at top HCI conferences (CHI, DIS).
